I am new to the area & walked into their premises off the street with my computer problem/s. Hess & Chris could not be more helpful or friendly, quoting quoted two days to service & hopefully remedy my problem. I was kept in the loop with their progress over the two days & was able to retrieve my PC on the afternoon of the second day. For what was done to repair my computer I found the costs most reasonable. BMC have certainly gained a new long term customer. Many thanks again fellas.

Sasha was helpful at a time when I was needing technical assistance. He provided me with
answers after problem solving to find a solution. He gave me a range of options to follow should I need further assistance. I will not hesitate returning to him should i need more technical advice. Jennie D

Just honest and beyond helpful. I dropped by with a random request about my iPhone and they were friendly, helpful and didn’t charge. They are the true ‘good guys’.

Dropped in quickly as I was outside in the cafe and couldn't connect to my Hotspot. I was desperate as I needed to send a quick email to a client. Chris was so cool, he fixed the problem in 5 minutes, no charge. Here is my payment mate, you guys rock!
We use BM Computers for our personal laptop fixes and they've never let us down..

Called BMC about my laptop which would not connect to WIFI. They advised to bring laptop in anytime and were able to resolve the matter within 24hrs.

I was impressed with the way my enquiry was handled at the counter. My laptop had refused to start and I needed advice on what to do, i.e., if anything could be done. The owner took it, connected a display to it and advised me of what options there were and the likely costs. He also provided recommendation on brands to consider if I decided getting a new laptop was preferable. For his time and expertise he refused to let me pay him. I was very grateful and would certainly recommend GMC.

Hess helped me at super short notice and fixed a problem that saved me from insanity! Without a hesitation and completely for free Hess waved his wound over my problem and in 1 minute sorted my PC problems out. I so appreciate his help and friendlyness and HIGHLY recommend Blue Mountains Computers!

Ive never come across such genuine, lovely, helpful, caring people. They have just given so freely of their time and knowledge and always do a first class job when i leave my computer there. Many times they have given me so much help and guidance that i have been able to fix many issues myself (and im not a tech person i dont even use a smart phone) I cant recommend these guys highly enough!!
