It's great to have real service that is friendly, professional and oh yeah, great value for money. This was the first time that I had used Blue Mountains Computers and it won't be the last. Hess was knowledgable and very easy to talk to. He had my laptop up and going within a few hours of me dropping it off so I was pretty impressed.

From start to finish, the service was great. From the initial phone call to picking up my computer Hess was most helpful and polite. Hess at BMC will be getting my business from now on.

In the end it was to far gone, but there was no charge for the hours of work and cost of parts that went into it, even though the offer was there to pay for the parts used and so on, Hess would not hear of it.

Now that is true customer service, and I would happily reckon the business to all.
