Had fair few things I needed help with:
1. Had important data recovered from accidentally formatted Hard drive.
2. BMC helped me get rid of some kind of super annoying and disabling Virus remotely with out having to spend time to take my computer there. Which was highly appreciated.

Having issues with our home computer. Problem was quickly solved. BMC made it look so easy. Hess know computers! The cost for his service was so much less than we expected. Honest, reliable and professional. Definitely recommend BMC.

I have had several services from Hess , my last job was a complete system overhaul including 2 new drives one internal one external , on top of that a few other technical things that go over my head ..I'm no tech person ! Hess upgraded all of my computer equipment and now has it purring to perfection. He spend ages on the phone with Telstra trying to track down a missing line. On completion of install he monitored operations to ensure that there were no issues with computers. All of my quote options were explained before the job and it was clear, even at that stage, that I was in for the ride of my life and I have enjoyed every bit of it.
