Excellent service. Hice was friendly, helpful and able to explain the problem simply in language I could understand. Very grateful for his efficient help with my Apple laptop.

The SSD on my desktop was rather full. I got a quote for replacing and cloning the SSD. The quote was very good and the time frame for doing the job was more than reasonable.
I dropped the desktop and new SSD off at 9:00am and Chris rang me just after lunch to let me know the job was completed and I could pick up my computer.
Can't ask for better than that.

Dropped off my old iMac to be fixed. They explained what was to problem gave me price up front. Fixed it quickly and in a timely matter. Now works a quick as a new iMac

Amazingly helpful. Hess spent 40 mins on the phone with me (at very short notice) out of his own time to assist me in purchasing the right computer and accessories for my needs, with absolutely no gain for his business. He takes the time to explain the tech stuff in simplified terms without being condescending at all. I have been there twice with laptop issues and the team there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They suggest the best option with no concern for what profit they might make. I would highly recommend this business.

We had a major problem with a desk top and took it there on a Friday morning. The staff immediately diagnosed the problem and rectified it while we waited. Excellent customer service and the costs were very, very reasonable. I will contact them for my next computer. Many thanks to the staff.
