Went for some help today and bloke was very generous with his time and knowledge for what he knew would not generate him a sale. I will though go back there to get a few things fixed which I've been putting off for a while now as I see great customer service as a sign of a quality and reliable business.

Staff were very helpful and polite as I am not very computer savvy. I am on holidays and had queries about my Surface Pro tablet. The staff were able to help with a couple of problems but not with one which I'll have to cope with until I get home.

I am very appreciative of the service i received from Blue Mountains Computers today. I had difficulty with my Macbook due to a mistake i made. From the initial phone call Joseph was courteous, respectful and kind. The problem was resolved quickly and free of charge! I was able to purchase the new charger cord i required on the spot.

I found the staff very Knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Their prices would be hard to beat and estimated repair time is very accurate. This is my first time, but I have recommended them to two others and will confidently continue to recommend
