I spoke with Anthony from Blueline about installing an automatically refilling outdoor dog bowl for my dog George. The guys (James and Chris) did an awesome job of not only putting in the dog bowl, but also tidying up the rest of the taps around that area (I don’t have a ‘before’ photo sorry, but in that one area there was a hose, an irrigation, and an evaporative cooling supply/drain and it was messy!).
I asked if the guys wouldn’t mind checking out a couple of other little things that had been bugging me with they were there and they were able to fix the insulation around my hot water pipes, and install some nice quarter-turn taps for my shower, which had been making this annoying high-pitched squeal unless it was running at full open. They came back to finish off the jobs due to having other commitments and the whole time were super clean and friendly and polite. They didn’t even seem to mind when my toddler son was asking a tonne of questions. Very happy and highly recommend.

Recently had a water pipe start leaking under the front of our house which had became bad very quickly without us even knowing it, resulting in an exhorbitant bill which was picked up by icon water in a meter reading and made known to us, I immediately contacted Anthony and he organised to be there the next morning at 7:30am - He arrived precisely on time, proceeded to resolve the leak which involved complex tracing back under a driveway slab, he had all the required concrete cutting tools, jack hammers and pipe location tools meaning we didn’t have to wait days without water to see the issue resolved. He confidently traced the issue and replaced the damaged section of pipe. At the same time he replaced a malfunctioning pressure reduction valve, rerouted water lines, replaced an outdoor tap he noticed wasn’t working and reported a gas leak for fixing which we hadn’t even noticed. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We now have no leaks, fabulous water pressure and peace of mind. I would recommend Anthony and his team to anyone wanting honesty and excellent service. I strongly recommend Blueline Plumbing.

I had my leaking 25 year old indoor hot water tank assessed by Anthony and then replaced by James from Blueline Plumbing within 48 hours of my initial inquiry. They were punctual, upfront, professional, friendly, and overall an absolute pleasure to deal with. During the assessment, Anthony explained the problem and the solution clearly, thoroughly, and without condescension. Despite a number of challenges that made the tank replacement a bit more tricky than anticipated, James kept good cheer and was resourceful and committed to getting the job done and went above and beyond to do so. He also left the place immaculate - it was like the hot water fairies had come through and done the replacement with the wave of a wand. I am very satisfied and impressed by Blueline Plumbing's expertise and service and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Our laundry update was paused due to water damage and these guys were really responsive to our needs. I called 5 minutes before closing time one day and they were still able to make time for me the next day. I have used Blueline previously for a toilet install and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Outstanding service and communication. Anthony was very prompt, patient and through in answering my questions and was super quick in getting the job done. Dealing with Anthony and James has been excellent. Excellent service. Called on the Monday morning for non urgent work and he came out the next morning first thing. I had a bunch of little issues which he was able to fix no worries. It was especially nice that he took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to happen to fix the issue. Will definitely be using Blueline Plumbing and Gas again in the future.
