I ordered bras got one that was the wrong size. My other one I canceled n still waiting on a refund . All you get is the run around they don’t answer your calls or your texts,I am now down 180 thanks for nothing blush

If you want some lingerie than you better off to buy it in the shop. This company didn't send me my order or refunded my money. They didn't responded to my phone calls, emails and SMS. I'm really upset, because I Ordner some things for my wedding and it didn't came... DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES AND BUY THINGS FROM THIS COMPANY!! I'm trying to get the money bank from my bank, hopefully it works...

Ordered $210 worth of swimwear back in June for my holiday in August. It's now October and I still don't have my purchase and still don't have a refund. I keep asking to speak to the manager but just get ignored or told the manager is away and they aren't authorised to process refunds. I've now disputed the transaction with my bank as I have more than enough evidence that Blush are scammers.

Dodgiest company I have ever dealt with. Won’t return phone calls or emails. 1year later and no product or refund ever received. I think it is disgusting they are still up and running scamming new customers. They need to be shut down

I was ordering from this site last year. Long waits but still got the products. I ordered more in two order lots in June 2018 and have not received the products. They said their supplier in the UK had run out of my size. They offered a store credit. I requested a refund to which they agreed. I have not received the refund even though Karen said she’d tell/has told the Manager about the refund and that it being processed. I asked for the managers name when I didn’t receive the refund more than two weeks after they agree to it but she refused to give it. There’s no street address on the website, no email and even though Karen answers the texts, they won’t answer phone calls. I suspect it’s a con.

Do not order from this company. Big scam ... I did not receive my item, still waiting for a refund, they do not answer calls, refuse to give manager's name and phone number.

I believe this company is a scam! I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered products 5 mths ago, and still have not received them. After contacting the company repeatedly (they just kept pushing the delivery date back further and further), I contacted Consumer Affairs who agreed I had a case. They took the case and attempted to contact this company multiple times using phone/text/email, but could not get through to them. Meanwhile, the website is still fully functioning. Consumer Affairs have now suggested I take this issue to VCAT to recover my money. Do not use this site! I doubt I will ever see either my products or my money again. Shame on you Blush.

I ordered 2 sports bras November 2017 and I am still awaiting either the goods or a refund which had been awaiting “action from management” for the last 4 months. The goods are still available for purchase on their web site.
Avoid this merchant.

I wish I'd looked at the reviews before buying!!! I ordered something on the 15th of August, it's been 8 weeks an I've emailed them at least 7 times asking what the go is and they've not responded at all!! Waste of money, DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! It's absolutely ridiculous!!!

Ordered a catsuit in July, they got back to me saying that it was not in stock and that it would need be ordered in from UK which would take 7-10days, i still have not recieved it or ANY communication from them, i contacted them by email and the contact bit on their site and still nothing, ridiculous, $80 down the drain and as payed with zippay i cannot get refund at all so have to pay for something whether i recieve or not!

I am a regular online shopper and I decided to google and new lingerie website. This place came up. I ordered a bra with express shipping for $105. 4 Weeks later and still no bra. I emailed them asking where my order was and they said that the bra was handmade in Poland and takes 3-4 weeks to arrive here. Nowhere on the site does it say this or when you check out. I asked for a refund of the express shipping charges and they told me all they could give me was a store credit? 6 Weeks later. Asked where my order was again. They said they still hadn't received the orders from Poland and the bra would be in Australia by next week. 8 Weeks later, I sent them an email quoting the Victorian Consumer Act demanding a fair refund (no store credits). They said again the bra would be here in a week. 9 Weeks later. Still no bra and have reported them to the Victorian Consumer Committee. That was $105 down the drain. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

If I could give zero stars I would have. The stuff I ordered online said it was all in stock but I was later contacted & told I would have to wait for the stock to arrive in 2 weeks!! I would never have purchased anything in first place if it wasn't for the false advertisement of being in stock. After waiting 2.5 weeks I contacted them regarding my order status & was told they could not get the stock in. Why they didn't tell me this 2.5 weeks earlier is ridiculous ....anyways after reading up about this 'business' I requested a full refund to which I have recieved no response. No surprise really. I feel it is a scam to get your money. I'm getting my refund one way or another!! Will NEVER ever buy anything again. Very misleading & untrustworthy in my opinion.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE i am pregnant and ordered some maternity sleepwear. On the day I placed my order I was phoned and told one set of pajamas were out of stock. I asked for a refund on these and was told the other pajamas would post in the next few days. 3 weeks later I had no pajamas or refund. I contacted the company numerous times with poor responses and after putting in a complaint via PayPal received finally the refund for the pajamas that were out of stock. I then asked to cancel the rest of my order and they agreed to refund this. After having no response again I complained through PayPal and they posted the pajamas rather than refunding despite having agreed to refunding and previously cancelling the order. This was extremely frustrating as in the mean time I had purchased pajamas elsewhere for my hospital bag and now have 2 sets of the same pajamas. I would NEVER deal with this company again

I would never recommend this business in a million years. I purchased 2 items on 30/12/15 and was told they would have to order them in and it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted them to chase up my items and was told they were totally out of stock and they would offer me an exchange. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to.
I have since sent 14 emails, most of which were ignored, and I have started calling the business almost every day and have been told my refund has "been processed". It hasn't and it's not in my account. I have been waiting now for a resolution for almost 3 months and have just complained to QLD Fair Trading.

I ordered nighties from this website, they then rang & said that there was a delay. Several weeks later I received these but they seem very poor quality, clingy material. I returned these & they now won't give me a refund, only a credit on the account. Having seen these items I have no confidence in purchasing anything else.

Ordered a freya bikini top that was listed as in stock and fully available. 2 weeks after my order is placed I am notified by email saying that they are out of stock. I now do not have my product in time for my holiday. Poor standards, service and unfair on customers.
