I had the remedial massage today, was a little sore, but Im feeling so much better now. I work as a myotherapist, and I charge my clients a little less than this, so the only negativity is slightly pricey, but it was still a lovely massage, and I will return when I need to.

I was given a gift voucher from my sister for a pamper package. I was very excited to be indulged after a very stressful year. I phoned to make the booking & explained I had $150 gift voucher & wanted to make a booking. The girl wasn't overly helpful, wanting me to check the voucher & let them know which package it was for. As it was emailed to me, I needed to check & call them back. The voucher did not state exactly what package it was for, just that it was a pamper package, value $150. I again phoned, left a message explaining this. I received a voicemail message the next day telling me what package they'd booked me into. I arrived for my session and showed them on my iPhone the voucher (as instructed on their email), to which the girl said we need the voucher number. I gave her my phone to find it on the voucher. As she could not find the voucher number & needed it, she asked how far my home was to print it out! I offered to email it to her, but she didn't know their email address. She clearly did not know what to do, but said her boss would be in by the time my session had finished.
I was taken to a pleasant, well decorated room and she explained that I was to go into the solar box. After this, she escorted me across the hall to the hydro spa. She apologized that it was wet, but that I would be warm soon. I lay down on cold water and waited for her to set up the spa. Twice, I had freezing cold water blasted on me a very unpleasant experience. Eventually, it worked,spraying warm water on the front of my body only. Pleasant enough experience, but really didn't have the wow factor. After 20 mins, I was back to my other room for a nice cup of tea and chocolate. I felt rushed as she was keen to get onto the massage, so I had to gulp the last half if my tea down.
The massage was lovely, she was very good there.
At the register, she needed to interrupt her boss who was in a room tending to another client. The boss showed her where the voucher number was on my iPhone.
I think the lady her served me may have been there a short time, she told me I had $25 credit as my package was only $125. Then she apologized as she realized it was an old price.
I feel the massage was worthwhile, but the hydra spa & solar room was average. Overall, I feel perhaps my experience may not be a typical one. I see all the other reviews are excellent. I was asked to to do a review on this site & in return I would get a 10% on my next visit. But overpriced for the treatment.

I went to bonita for microderm to rid my face of acne, i got instant result, after three treatments my face had become practically acne free, and at a very reasonable cost, I'm very happy with how its going and will continue with treatment at bonita when necessary

Great experience. would definitely go back though I couldn't really comment on the price as I recieved a voucher for my birthday. Very relaxing
