I won a month membership to Bootcamp and was very excited and motivated but after showing up early at the gym for the scheduled session I was told to go down to the park and wait for the group to show up. I waited over an hour in the dark, exactly where i was told to wait and nothing. I left very disheartened and when I went back to the gym the following week they laughed at me and made no effort to apologise. Suffice to say I was very discouraged and never went back. Its hard enough getting up the guts to join a group and seek help to lose weight only to be turned away.
