Not only did Josh do a poor job, he was super aggressive and threatening towards us when we questioned what was done. I wouldn't recommend Josh to my worst enemy. You only have to read other reviews here to see the type of person he is. Avoid at all costs.

[redacted name] not only overpriced he does [redacted offensive language] work as well...he drinks on the job and was usually drunk when he arrived to work which was always at least 4hours after the time he stated as well as being a total bully, he never finished the job he was hired to do. Stay well away from this this business he should be reported to the police

Please do not hire him, I wouldn't even call him a tradie.

Would not use [Retracted name] again

Poor quality work, went well over the time quoted by many weeks with various excuses given. Was friendly at first but then became aggressive when I mentioned the damage done during his repairs, smelt like he had been drinking while on the job.

I have had to have some of the work redone since then, due to basic errors (eg. using too short screws to fix timber etc)

Josh quoted $180 to remove a stump. He cut the top off it, demanded his $180 in an intimidating fashion and left the majority of it there. Said he would remove the rest for another $150. Do not use him.

Joshua quoted $350 to finish pulling up the tiles in our en-suite. (2+ 1/2 sq M) He said it would take 3 hours and there would be 2 people. As my husband (nearly 70) was finding it hard, we agreed. 4 guys came. 2 removed the tiles, and 2 just took 4 small boxes of rubbish away after just sitting on our bed and watching. This totalled 30 minutes. One then took another 25 minutes to pull out the nails while Josh and 2 others sat out the front of our house talking and laughing. I told Josh that I felt he had overquoted as to the time it would take, as the actual "hours" worked for all 4 was less than 90 minutes. He swore at me many times. I said I would pay him, but he had misled me about the time involved. He continued to swear abusively and aggressively at me from the street, which neighbours heard. I did not raise my voice at all. DO NOT USE HIM.

Josh has done a number of different for our family including,
-gutter cleaning
-maintaining our lawn
-rubbish removal
-furniture removal
Josh is the hardest worker I know and we have been very pleased with all the work he has done. We call him for all our handyman needs wether big or small!

Josh runs 'Boss Me For a Day' - he is polite, reliable and his rates are reasonable. No job too small - gardening, mowing, small concreting, moving heavy objects, furniture removal, whatever.
