Had my eyelashes done today. They look fantastic, don't feel like I have them on, but they just look great....Rachel was friendly and Helpful. Would highly recommend boutique lashes.

There are so many less than quality beauty consultants applying lashes these days, it is really ‘buyer-beware'. I had my lashes done for the first time by another business and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The lashes were too thick for my natural lashes and were actually quite painful at times. I came to Rachel to have them taken off and after we got chatting I had the confidence to try again and get new ones put on. Wow what a difference! I loved them from the start and they are very light and comfortable, noticeable but not too in your face. Exactly what I was after.
Thanks to Rachel, I love my new lashes and will not be going anywhere else. I will also be telling all my friends and family about the excellent service.

I've been getting lash extensions for over 5yrs now and have been to some of the most expensive salons in both Melbourne and Sydney. I'm not one to ever comment on these things but I just wanted to let you all know to save your money...Not only are Rachel's the best quality lashes I've ever had they are the cheapest! She does such an amazing job she just knew what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the end result!

A few of my friend have been going to see Rachel at Boutique Lashes for a while now and I always admire their lashes, so I finally plucked up the courage to go myself and was amazed by the results. Rachel really is one of the best in the business, she asked questions to understand exactly what I wanted and she did not disappoint me. I can't believe how much my eyes have opened up and I feel younger!! She works quickly and her salon is very relaxing, I was worried about keeping my eyes closed for so long but it only took just on a hour, also because I felt so comfortable and relaxed the time flew. Rachel and I chatted away which also made the time fly. When I first looked in the mirror I couldn't believe the results! It might sound silly but my lashes give me a new found confidence and I love not having to put mascara or eye makeup on, it saves me a good 15 minutes in the morning!!

Rachel does the best lashes I have ever seen. I have been getting eyelash extensions for over 2years on and off and have now been going to Rachel for about 6 months. Previously I had tryed about 5 or 6 other places in the local Werribee/Hoppers Crossing area and was never really happy with my lashes. I am a redhead and have spent my Adult life having my eyelashes tinted so u can actually see them!
Then i decided to try extensions and wow! i wake up every morning looking fresh! no mascara on my pillow or down my face! what a bonus!
Rachael is very confident in her work, lovely to talk to and gives you the look you are wanting.

This was my first time at Boutique Lashes. Rachel greeted me with a very friendly smile and a warm welcome. She looked at my eyes and worked out exactly what lashes to use, that would compliment my eyes and not make them look silly or out of place. Rachel then began working on my eyes, the whole time i was there we chatted and this made me feel very relaxed and re- assured. The music playing in the background was soothing and comforting. It didn't take long for Rachel to attach the extensions which i found great. Some technicians can take too long and then turn the relaxing experience into turmoil. When Rachel had finished i was so happy with the way my eyes looked. The extensions really brought out the blue of my eyes and i was well and trully happy. Rachel was very professional from the start to the completion of my extensions. Rachel made a follow up appointment for me so she can she is alot or not many lashes have come out. She gave me a print out of how to look after my lashes and this i will follow to the letter. Thank you Rachel for making me feel great and for my beautiful extensions. She has won me as a new client and i will gladly tell my friends and family about her business and her services.

Was greeted by Rachel and the first thing I noticed was her beautiful eyes which instantly made me feel confident with the product I was about to receive. I asked for a natural look with an extra pop of femininity. During the application conversation flowed easily and teamed with the light tranquil music in the back round, the already easy process was extremely pleasant. Once finished, I was overwhelmed at how my eyes looked. I got exactly what I asked for. I looked like I had been blessed with FANTASTIC eyelashes from birth!!! Being a perfectionist, I could not find fault. The price was unbelievable for such a phenomenal product and job done. I will, without doubt, be a return client and "word of mouth" won't only be online!! What a talented beautician.

Quiet often you will see a website boasting about how friendly & skilled their staff are and what great quality products they have, only to go in, pay an arm and a leg, & wind up very disappointed in the final result. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH RACHEL & BOUTIQUE LASHES. Rachel really is professional and a perfectionist, making sure she understands the look you are after and gets your lashes right first-time every-time. Her home salon is peaceful and relaxing and she is so friendly too.

I found boutique lashes in an advertisement on Facebook over a year ago for a cheaper deal then where I'd been looking else where so gave it a go after work one time. I was impressed with the job and the price I went back for months on end.
However about 6 months ago I moved jobs and house and now live & work over in the North Eastern suburbs, which (with no car) is quiet a distance away on public transport (It's a short walk from the bus stop, for me now days it's all the connecting buses and trains to get me to Hoppers Crossing).
I tried everywhere local to me only to be disappointed constantly. I had issues from allergic reactions (I have eczema), clumpy glue jobs, lashes falling off days after getting them & even lashes glued together/onto my skin or just looking fake in general.

Needless to say I've gone back to Rachel despite the 2 hours travel time there and back again. IT'S WORTH IT!

I personally believe that Boutique Lashes is the best place I've EVER been too (and this past year I've been to quiet a few), I constantly get asked "Wow are those you're real lashes?" as they look so natural & gorgeous.
