She was so amazing and I've already had heaps of complements :D I STRONGLY recommend Rachel if you are thinking about getting your lashes done, she's extremely professional and I'm so happy with her work. All of my friends are jealous and even my boyfriend likes them ;) I'm so glad I got them done, my eyes look amazing!!

I've never had lash extensions done before and I was extremely happy with the end result! They look amazing! Rachel provided me with great advice as I wasn't sure on how to go about choosing the right lash length/width. She made me feel very comfortable and the service was first class!

I'd never had lashes professionally fitted before. I was impressed by the quality of the advice that Rachel gave me when I asked if she could just fit a few lashes on the outside of my top lids...'the wings'! I absolutely loved the quality of the service Rachel gave me when she fitted my wings, which she expertly measured, colour matched to suit my natural lashes and then applied in her professional, yet relaxing, salon. The option to pay with cash or credit card just topped off a fabulous experience. I am looking forward to going back to Boutique Lashes again...and again!

I used to get my eyelash extensions done with other salon until one day I decided that I have enough and that's when I found Rachel on WOMOW!
She is very patience and friendly and she did a very good job on my eyelash!I was surprise on how natural and nice it is compare to the previous salon that I went to!

This morning i had my eyelashes done by Rachel and i am already hooked!! Rachel's home salon was very calming and i was relaxed from the moment i lay down. I had never had my eyelashes done before. The Service at Boutique Lashes was so good, that i dont think any other salon could compare. Rachel was very gentle and professional in her approach while also being very friendly and easy to talk to. I left Boutique Lashes today not on looking and feeling great but also very well informed on how to look after my lashes to get the best out of them. After attending previous salons in the past and allowing my eyes to be 'hacked' at, i finally came across Boutique Lashes and i can safely say the quality, service and overall satisfaction is the best i have come across. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get along with.
Before attending Boutique Lashes i was very unhappy with the numerous salons i had attended, as a result of of their poor services i was in need of a removal before attaching my new beautifully luscious lashes. I had heard this process of removal could at times be uncomfortable however, Rachel is obviously good at what she does because it was a pain free experience. For anyone that is looking for a quality set of lashes at a very reasonable price i highly recommend Rachel and Boutique Lashes. The Service provided is 100 times better in every way than the franchises and it is at a fraction of the cost.

What an difference beautiful lashes can make!
After finishing treatments for breast cancer I felt haggard and my eyelashes did not grow back as long as they were.
I went to see Rachel and she talked me through the work she would do and made me feel very comfortable about the experience.

To be quite honest i have had my eye lashes done at a few different places and i found that Boutique Lashes is very professional and at the same time Rachel makes the experience friendly and relaxing.I also found the eyelashes i received suited me and were instantly comfortable and more than affordable.

I absolutely love my eyelashes, i receive so many compliments about them because they look so natural. i would never go anywhere else but to rachel considering how nice my eyelashes are.

I live in Werribee and went to Boutique Lashes after getting eyelash extensions for the first time from a place in south yarra, I was looking to find someone to fix the horrible job I received at south yarra. I chose Boutique Lashes because of the testimonials on the internet about Rachel and her work, it was a bonus that I lived so close. Rachel suggested she remove what was left of my botched job and put a née full set on, she charged me $20 for the removal and $80 for the full set. I had previously paid $170! For what was suppose to be a fill set, but after seeming what Rachel did for me, my last set was less than half as full! And I paid over double! Ok so when I saw my new lashes that Rachel did I nearly cryer with happiness, I couldn't eleive how great they looked. Rachel understood exactly what I wanted, I can't recommend her highly enough. Go e it's defiantly worth it, I love my lashes!

The best thing about Rachel is she takes the time before you start the process, to obtain a clear understanding of exactly what you want. She discusses, length, thickness, shape to ensure she is creating the style you want. Rachel is really friendly and she makes the experience enjoyable by talking to you. I love my boutique lashes! I haven't had to wear mascara for months now! It is so relaxing getting them done and Rachel makes you feel so comfortable. I have been getting eyelash Extensions for a few years now because my natural lashes are so short. I have tried lots of different types and businesses and have been disappointed with most of them until I found Boutique Lashes. My friend had hers done by Rachel and they looked amazing, so I called to make an appointment. Rachel suggested we start a fresh and she removed my current lashes and applied new ones. I have natural long lashes but they are fair and thin, I got eyelash extensions so I wouldn't have to use mascara and so they were thicker.
