I highly recommend Bowra and Odea, with my fathers passing recently they were absolutely professional, Martin and his team from 68 Stirling Street, Perth branch, took care of everything paying exact attention from beginning to end, and respecting my family’s culture. Also to Josephine Di Dio who I was in contact with via email in preparation, lead up to my fathers service a tremendous job in handling all aspects. My family has used Bowra and Odea for both my Father and just recently my Mother. Both times they have been completely professional and compassionate. Once the service had been organised we had nothing to worry about and we were never left wondering where to be what to do etc... They greeted us and our guests with heart felt condolences. The music was played at the correct level, the photos where clear and easy to see. All the staff where dressed professionally, clean and polite. We never felt rushed. Tea and coffee wasn't just instant with a few dry biscuits as I'd had at other services, it was proper coffee, cappacinos etc.. And nice biscuits. Comments from our guests were " the service was beautiful and this will do for us" Thank you so much for making our very sad farewells so beautiful.
