Over the last 4 or 5 years I've engaged Roxann's serviced at z Box Em Up at various times. She's always been very prompt with responding to my requests (even the last minute ones) and always very accommodating with pickup times and arrangements. The prices are often far better than other suppliers in the Brisbane area, especially for butchers paper and bubble wrap rolls. They sell new and used removalist boxes also and also offer a buy back option on their boxes too. I'm aware of the delivery service that's available but I've never used this service myself. With the always friendly customer service, the flexibility and accommodating pickups, the very prompt responses to text message requests, the great pricing, ease of payment, locating the business and parking, I can not recommend Roxann and Box Em Up high enough. They are the only business to go to when you need packaging supplies. 100% very highly recommend you choose to buy from and support this local business. You won't be disappointed.

This is the second time we're using Roxann's Box Em Up service for moving boxes, bubble wrap, tissue wrap, butcher's paper, tape ... Everything needed for the packing task. The service is unparalleled, the pricing very competitive, the quality of the boxes is superior, and Roxann's attitude, helpfulness and friendliness means I didn't bother to shop around for this second move.
Best of all, Roxann offers to buy back the boxes after use, thereby helping the Circular Economy process to reduce what often ends up in landfill.
The entire process helps take the stress out of the awful packing stage of moving.

Needed boxes delivered to elderly parents in St Lucia - super easy transaction - couple of texts and emails. Roxann delivered 110% on her promised service, right down to giving me an accurate ETA for delivery and carrying the boxes through the apartment building, which made things super easy and gave me great peace of mind!

I ordered 2 x TV boxes and I could not find them anywhere else in Brisbane.
Not only did I get the boxes I wanted but it came with Fragile Tape, Foam inserts to position the TV correctly in the Box and packing Foam.
