I was looking forward to purchasing a White Ford Fiesta Sport EcoBoost WZ Auto MY15 because I found out that the features of the car are accurate and within my budget. I purchased the car from Brad Garlick Ford in August. I was quite impressed with their professional and friendly approach and the level of their service. The communication was very good and they provided transparent vehicle presentation.
I am happy and fully satisfied with the purchase of Ford car.

Bought a 2nd hand Falcon 1 tonner in July. Was looked after by the sales guys very well but the real thing that stood out was the after service. I had a couple of problems with the car and though that I would book it in for warranty work, i was very sceptical as warranty work has been in the past been viewed by other dealers as 2nd rate as it is a pain in the you know what and we don't get paid for it. The guys in the BLUE team and the receptionist looked after me and the car and covered off everything that I had asked of them and even did more. Thanks guys. Any one who needs to be confident about used car sales and service go to Brad Garlick and you won't be dissapointed, no bull.

Excellent service from the first phone call, the receptionist is one of the best. Sales people applied no pressure and they even have a cafe where the supplied me with coffee and lunch while I was making my decisions
