Great location and fantastic place but the service really lets you down, the staff should learn that they are not doing you a huge favour by speaking to you, that the customers are the business, it doesnt take anything to stop talking with a workmate about your weekend and how you did what ever you did (sordid) and check someone into their room, we had to wait over 10 mins listening to the 2 girls at the front desk have this conversation knowing we were standing there.

We stayed at Breakfree Marcolla. The location is great - right on the beach and the apartments were well maintained and had everything we needed. There is a heated pool, tennis, putting circle. Although it is near the Sunshine Coast airport, you wouldn't know it. A quiet, friendly resort.
