Ordered a part online, specifically listed as aluminium with 90 degree fittings. Part arrived, cast iron with 45 degree fittings. Called and was informed that they didn't have the other part and I'd have to email them.

I emailed, and at least the replied quickly. Their response was post it back at your expense. If they advertised the part correctly there wouldn't be an issue.

The part is required urgently and is not what they advertised. I won't use them again.

The price would have been good, if it was for the part they advertised. Postage was fast.
