I recommend you at every chance I get, Jenni! I was so thoroughly satisfied with my gown & veil. We got married a little over 2 years ago now, and only just last week, we watched our wedding video. I'm still really happy with everything.

Our whole wedding was perfectly magical, and you made life so much easier for me with the friendly, one-to-one service that made me feel completely comfortable. As a bigger girl, I was apprehensive (to put it mildly!), but you settled my nerves instantly. I didn't think you'd have anything in my size - but of course you did!! And more dresses kept coming in in my size & I ended up changing to a different gown, and I'm so glad I did.
I honestly couldn't fault you, your products, or your service.

And the name change? I believe it is a fantastic idea, and it's simply spot-on.
And of course it sounds a bit spesh!!

Stumbling upon the Preloved Panache page on Facebook was the best thing I ever did, while planning my March '12 wedding. From even my initial enquiry, Jenni demonstrated a professionalism and level of customer service that I had not experienced in the big bridal stores.

Jenni made sure I was happy with my dress and veil and let me try on as many as I liked to ensure I found ' the one'. Hi Jenni!

I don’t know if you remember me or not… I bought my dress off you just before Xmas last year (Dress 115 if I remember correctly).
Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that we are now married! Yay! And my dress was absolutely PERFECT!! I felt so beautiful in it and I have had some of the best comments ever on it!!
We weren’t able to get up on the glacier as planned due to the weather… but it didn’t bother us… we played in the rain all day and got some of the most amazing photos!
I’ve attached a photo for you to see the dress and the location we ended up at!
