Childcare centers are very dependent upon the individuals that work in the centres. My child had some very rough times here (including having his feet taped to a chair he was sitting on) which he still recalls nearly 2 years later.
During our time here I found the staff to generally be very lax on feeding & cleaning of nappies, issuing of medication. Though we were lucky to have a couple of exceptional carers - Graeme & Kathy - during our 4 years here whom pushed the kids developmental boundaries & were constantly introducing them to new concepts & also showed great care & respect to the individual children. Without either of the 2 carers we would have definitely left before we did.
I found the centre to be quite highly priced care with relation to quality and what the parent still needed to provide (the only thing they provided for their fees was sun cream).
When I have another child I certainly will not send them back to Bright Horizons!!

The teachers and staff are very friendly and the children get taught the skills needed for their future development, happy with facilities and location.
