These guys were amazing! I was reluctant to call them as I hadn’t heard of them before but they had great reviews in comparison to the other “well advertised/branded” companies.

Eddie told me their aim was to exceed our expectations! I thought at the time , now that’s a huge statement to make!

Paul organised dates and coordinated everything from our cars, dogs, boxes and was prompt in responding to any queries or requests (including extra boxes for packing to be delivered to us).

The boys who packed our kitchen were efficient and careful of our breakable items.

The team arrive on time on the day and worked so hard in Perth’s heat to move over 200 boxes and furniture etc. into the containers. They were respectful, polite, hard working and careful. A great synergy of people who obviously enjoy their work and each other’s company. Thank you Guill , Eddie, Paul and the Perth team at Brilliance for your hard work, and for looking after our life’s possessions ! You definitely exceeded our expectations!

The Brilliance team (Ash and Shammar) arrived right on time and quickly got to work carefully moving our precious belongings. Despite a double booked move (body corporate issue) the guys stayed positive and we got though it in the end. They were very friendly and did an outstanding job! Would highly recommend!

I have been in the removals business for some 6 years. I used brilliance services for my company today to transport and install furniture. Shammar and Victor turned up on time, followed all instructions carefully. They protected all my furniture and did not damage a single item. As a team they worked brilliantly with me and maintained constant communication at a very consistent pace. Very friendly pair of boys, lots of laughs and jokes along the way. Amazing, these guys definitely deserve 5 stars. Choosing a removalist is stressful. Comparing quotes, trying to make sure you don't end up with a cowboy, but trying not to get ripped off in the process. Brilliance made it easy. The quoting process was easy, Eddie & Guill were responsive and provided a very competitive price for our move. We booked for a 7am start and the team arrived bang on time. Fabio and Thieran were very professional. They were careful with our furniture, expertly handled fragile items, and worked at a very efficient pace to load a large townhouse into the truck in record time. We highly recommend Brillance Removalists, and if you get Fabio and Thieran you will be well looked after.

I have a mixed review, although the guys were friendly and turned up on time. I found they overcharged and I was also helping them move a lot of the smaller stuff. They seemed to take their time, 4.5 hours to move one person, maybe I paid for their coffee & lunch break. Next time I'll use a fixed rate mover.

We were moving from Keilor to Ballarat North, finally it happened! so I didn't know how to choose a good moving company. I've asked my friends and they recommended Brilliance. I've called to the office, there was very helpful manager, who answered all my questions and gave me an estimate. By the end of the move our movers Fabricio and Sam have done everything even faster! Guys were prompt and efficient, they didn't procrastinate, what I really appreciate.

We were moving from the 2 bedroom house, but anyway we already had a lot of furniture. I
was a little bit worried, because we have huge pull up bar stand and elliptical machine, but they disassembled it and delivered with care. I also have big mirror and TV, I had worries about... But everything was delivered safe with no problems, scratches or damages! Movers were using blankets, were shrinking parts of furniture that could be scratched while move.

We've bought lunch to guys and tipped them well, because the part with sports equipment was really tough and I was very happy with the job, guys did!

After some research research this was the best value for money removalist and with such a good experience right from the booking through to moving day.

Absolutely do not do business with these removalists. They have ruined our belongings, cost us a lot of money and when we applied for reasonable compensation, were downright rude, unprofessional and I believe had the audacity to lie. Having them investigated by the Victorian Consumer Commission and the bank is rescinding payment - save yourself the trouble and the extra money and hire someone else!

I engaged Brilliance Removalists in Melbourne to move my father from a unit to a retirement community. They did an excellent job and their rates were really competitive. They 2 guys worked extremely hard in very hot conditions and went way beyond what we expected to make sure that the move went very smoothly.

This is my second move with Brilliance and I am still impressed. I moved from a apartment with very steep and narrow stairs. They turned up on time, with a warning phone call 15 minutes before they get in my house. They loaded the truck faster , I appreciated that they were careful with everything.
