I recently brought a Mini and it was due for it's first service. Arranging a time for the servicing was a breeze, you get your own service manager when you get there, they give you another Mini to drive until yours is ready, you can pick up till 6pm and they clean your car. I also had a puncture that they fixed for a reasonable price. My Service Manager also kept me informed about my servicing. Great experience.
