We developed a leaking roof during the recent rain event. Our Dektite roof penetration had failed.
Brisbane Pluming and Drainage offer 24/7 emergency response so I thought they would be suitable. They could not respond straight away which was understandable as many homes had been effected by the recent bad storms in Brisbane. When they arrived on site, I was quoted over $850 to change the Dektite roof penetration ($15-$20 part max). I questioned the price and was told that's the price. I reluctantly proceeded as the ceiling was already damaged and we needed it done. The tradesperson was here less than an hour. No hourly rate on the quote. No parts list and pricing on the quote. Would I recommend Brisbane Plumbing and Drainage - No!

Wow, I had this issue to get my new gas top installed and gas fitting done. I contacted Brisbane plumbing and drainage, appointment was made and the cook top was done and dusted without any problems.
The staff and gas fitter/plumber, fantastic nature and extremely pleasant to deal with, so easy!
I'll look forward to doing more with this company in the future!!
