From start to interstate finish I had great customer service. Every one was efficient friendly reassuring and hard working. Both the pick up team and delivery team could not have been more polite nor hard working. . Customer service and communication from both sales and coordinating teams was friendly, accomodating and helpful. Highly recommend. I wont move with anyone else now.

Sent a quote through of $189 fixed price to move 1 x bedroom worth of furniture and fridge to Bundaberg from Brisbane. Then called and left a message to say that the price was not reflective of their actual price. I rang back and was told that findamover.com.au actually generates the quotes and not the company so they are incorrect. I asked if they had brought this up with findamover and was told it was above his pay grade to fix the issue. I was then told that my actual quote is $5000, I said that is ridiculous as I’ve received other quotes for around $500, and it’s only 1 x bedrooms worth of items.
I was then told this is because that my area is out of their service areas.
As you would imagine I was fuming. I asked, why would you accept quotes out of your service area in the first place, and give exuberant prices??
He then replied - I’m not here to argue and hung up.

I'd like to thank Chris and Jordan for their time today for my internal move in preparation for my upcoming home sale. They were so careful with my very fragile and heavy items and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Efficient, careful, on time and I've asked to have them to please do my move once I've sold and relocate to my next home. Thank you Brisk Transport and thank you Chris and Jordan.

We had the most disappointing and stressful move with Brisk last week. I would not recommend them at all, they charged a premium dollar and provide a subpar experience.

They sent out three inexperienced movers, this caused the pack up of our house to take forever. One of their team members was either on drugs or highly incompetent. After we raised safety concerns about said employee, Brisk sent him home and arranged for another employee to be sent out. Once he arrived it was evident that he was experienced at his job, and the pace of the move improved. But the damage had already been done. Our beds had been disassembled by the problem team member and he had commingled and lost alot of the bed screws. There was also an incident with our drier being mishandled and dropped.

Once the Brisk team arrived at our new house, they were all apologetic for the other team member's performance. They tried to reassemble the beds but one of the beds was so damaged and without enough parts it could not be assembled. The experienced removalist was honest and said that the bed would never be the same again and this would not have happened under his watch.

We were quoted 4-5 hours for the move which ended up taking approx 10 hours. We were only offered $50 compensation for the damaged bed. We were promised a follow-up phone call on Monday to discuss the damage and final bill, this never happened. We are slowly unpacking and finding scratches and other surface damage to alot of our furniture. We definitely won't use Brisk again and would advise others to avoid them too.

Brisk we’re recommended by my daughter and son in law. Booking was easy and the three guys who moved our furniture were very Professional and really easy to work with. All items were well looked after and couldn’t have asked for better. Would highly recommend them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL REGRET IT AND IT WILL COST YOU DEARLY.

Moved house at the end of January 2021 and our family is STILL counting the cost as we discover more damaged property. At last count we have spent over $3000 dollars on repairs / replacement of items ‘man handled and physically bashed’ by this company . When we tried to speak to them about our concerns (telephoned them on more than 10 occasions) we were given an almighty run around only to eventually be advised it was not their problem.

FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

I picked this company because Kristine was so lovely and helpful to start off with. The original move date that they were given was a mistake through the page that I got multiple quotes from. But I did have to change my date as of Monday.
I was given a total price by Kristine over the phone which I could not afford but I asked Kristine to leave it with me. I was then phoned by a gentleman who asked me how much I could afford which I told him and he said he would ring back the next day which didn’t happen. He seemed a lovely man too.
I rang a few other companies to get their quotes but I wanted a total costings and I didn’t get that from them. I couldn’t be bothered mucking around with other companies that sounded like they would be the same price as the one I got from Brisk and because I found Kristine such a lovely person I went back to them. I called her today and asked about my offer but before I had a chance to tell her that I could find the extra money if I had to she informed me that the price had now gone up $290.00!
Needless to say I have been in tears since. I have no comebacks though because it was all on the phone. Thanks Brisk, you had me fooled.

Brisk and staff made our stressful move simple and easy
We had very stressful circumstances for our move before Brisk stepped in and helped us out.

A stuff-up with paperwork for a work-related move meant that we had to organise (and pay for) our own move from Townsville to Brisbane with a week and a half's notice. Nic was professional, understanding and reassuring during this stressful time, and gave me a quote (that they stuck to) and very reasonable payment options. Nic also helped by giving us a spreadsheet that calculated the m3 needed for all furniture and belongings. The list was comprehensive and showed us that we booked the correct amount of space for a hassle-free move.

They fit us on to a truck that happened to be passing through town the exact dates we needed, collected our belongings from our two bedroom home on the Thursday afternoon in Townsville and delivered, exactly on time, two days later on the Saturday morning. Brett managed the logistics of the move and kept us updated.

Zac and Sam were our removalists and were courteous, good-natured and efficient. They were helpful in keeping us up to date as they approached Brisbane, and were very helpful when unpacking the truck, offering to put any furniture we wanted in any room we needed. They picked up and delivered with a smile and good humour, which was exactly what we needed.

Also worth noting we had an elevator and stairs at the pickup address, and a double flight of stairs (3 stories) at the delivery address. No mess, no fuss, no damage, excellent service.

If I had to recommend a moving company for any short, long or interstate hauls to close friends or family, would recommend Brisk Transport in a heartbeat.
