Brookwater Towing

This company is unscrupulous and damaged my car whilst towing it from a small shopping centre where I parked with the intention of buying from a shop in the centre when I returned after an hour. No I shouldn't have been parked there but to charge $440 makes this company thieves without a shred of conscience. And my car has been damaged in the process. I was verbally berated and shouted at when I tried to negotiate the fee. I was also threatened that add $44 per day would be added to hold the car so I had no choice but to collect it and use money for basics to come up with the exorbitant charge. I honestly had no idea the awful people out there in this industry. This is a heartless company enjoying the profits of scamming people out of money. They normally charge $180 to tow so how can $440 be justified. It is stealing and I do not know how these people live with their consciences.

This company is such a great company to deal with. We deal with them for insurance work. And would recommend to anyone who would use them. Bruce is such a great guy, wonderful service. Keep up the good work
