I have been several times for large purchases eg. pram, change table.
I found the service and quality of the goods great!
They were even happy to exchange a product after we realised that the pram was going to be not suitable for us.
The sale staff had strong product knowledge, they were realistic and not overbearing.

i went in looking for a car seat prior to having my first baby the first time i received no service and was even moved out the way so the service assistant could help someone else.
The second time i went back (which was a year later) was fantastic! the sales assistant was able to answer all my questions give me information and i did not feel any pressure. was able to return a few days later and purchase the the item i was after
