I stopped in here on my way home on Sunday afternoon approx 3,30pm and i was left standing at the front counter. The staff had seen me but just ignored me and continued on what they where doing. Yes they where serving customers but i thought they could have said something like wont be long or anything. It is not the first time i have been here but was not happy this time

They price matched a product for us which made us very happy as there was a huge difference otherwise. A+ Highly recommended. Thank you for your assistance.

My husband and I had our hearts set on a specific Steelcraft pram that we were having a lot of trouble finding. My husband searched the internet and made lots of phone calls until he came across BUBs who had the pram that we were after. The service we received was quick and excellent and we are more than happy with our purchase.
