Customer service was amazing, I went into the new baby bunting and was ignored the whole time I was there where as I was greeted as I walked in ( not pounced on as accused in the below review) and after browsing for about 5 mins I was asked if I needed help and the help I got was great.

Staff pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door. Very expensive and would not price match. Staff kept conparing everything to their own children whih is fine but would not listen when I was explaining it would not be good for my child.

This store has so much stuff for baby, some things you may not even think of! The staff are very helpful, and friendly and seem very knowledgable about their products and needs of babies.
Their prices may be a little higher than some other places, but they have great sales a lot of the time, and I recently saved a couple of hundred dollars thanks to a sale.
Highly recommended!

Very poor customer service. Recommended a car seat that was not appropriate for my child according to the new Australian laws. Try to sell what they think you need rather then what is safe for each individual.

The customer service is fantastic they can be a little short staffed at busy times but they make up for that with a genuine interest in the customer . Some of the things can be higher then other places but most is reasonably priced and some things are exclusive to bubs well worth the visit if your expecting or have babies .

Has practically everything you could possibly thing of for a baby. The staff are very helpful and try to sell you what you need rather than what they need to sell.

I go to this store when I need something specific that I know the other chain stores won't have. But I also know that I'll be paying more for the product.
However the staff do provide a great service and are knowledgeable.

We bought a double pram for our two kids there. Got a really good discount after it has been on special already. Huge saving. Very very happy!!! The quality is good, never had problems.

Excellent shop and a great range of products. The only down side is this shop is more in the high range price for many of their products, this was a little disappointing. The shop was huge and in a great location. We ordered our full baby bedding set their and it came in quite quick. Great service. and they have tea and coffee and an area for the kids to play. Very happy with my shopping experience their.

we laybyed all we needed from here and paid it off when we could. they have a huge variety of products and friendly service. its a bit dawnting if it is your first child walking in there as the is sooooo much to choose from, but over all is was a good experience.
