gosh I wish I had read the many bad reviews on various pages before I placed a very expensive order with this company. Unfortunately I had not.

This company tricks people into buying products that they don’t actually have in stock.

I placed my order over a month ago and only just received it, even though when I purchased it it said in stock and from within the same state.

I received a call a week after I placed My order stating their was delays on a specific item and that could I wait a day or two for it to come in. I said yes.
I then had to wait over two weeks before I received another phone call stating there had been more issues with my order … including missing items.
They offered me a partial refund but as weeks had gone by and my baby had been here for weeks I just asked for a full refund due to the stuff around.
I was told over the phone to get the ball rolling I would need to put it in writing via their help email… which I did.
To then be told no they don’t offer refunds.
I was offered a store credit which after some back and fourth emails and terrible customer service they then horribly revoked their offer of a store credit.

Read the reviews… this company has a pattern of allowing customers to place orders for items that they don’t actually have in stock .. resulting in customers having to wait for these items to eventually come into stock before being sent by the company.
Followed by some very disgraceful customer service. I would steer clear from this company.
They then also like to blackmail with police and legal action.
With the amount of complaints this business has I’m not sure how they are still running … or sleeping at night.

I don't recommend this business. The staff is rude and I would never buy from here. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Bubs & Grubs are Absolutely pathetic!! Go elsewhere - take this and all other reviews as a buyer beware.
They are rude, not willing to even exchange for a brand new item not opened they can DEFINITELY resell. We got a double up gift and they won’t even look at the product to see how perfect the box is in (haven’t even opened the shipping wrapping they did).
Not worth your hassle and plenty of amazing baby stores that will look after you with care.

Without going into detail into the specific events that have resulted in my opinion being shared via this product review site, I had a very bad experience dealing with Bubs N Grubs. I feel disheartened and sad that their behaviour is impacting so many new mothers and families with young children and babies as we can all see through all of these publicly available reviews, myself included. I am giving 1 star (it would be 0 if there was that option!). My experience is very aligned to all of the other reviews you’ll see online which include unreasonable delivery timeframes, then refusing a full refund (providing partial) along with rude and abrupt customer service. I truly hope there are others with more energy and time on their hands to move forward with more formal actions against these guys. It looks like hundreds of others have been effected by this business in similar capacities. This is my first negative review of any business and I would never write anything like this unless absolutely warranted.

There are plenty of other stores that offer the same price and much much better customer service. I won't be buying from here again.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE BUNCH OF GRUBS!!!

Sent item with missing power cable and blamed the manufacture for sending an opened box... Contacted them and they were not helpful at all. Refused to take responsibility for anything. Blaming me and Australia Post. Said they had video footage of my item being sent intact and factory sealed... Yeah right.... Kept telling me to contact the manufacturer for get them to send me a new power cord. Finally gave up and contacted the manufacturer who was very helpful and they sent me a new cord for free. They have had many poor dealings with this company so were quick to help me as they knew I would get nowhere. The manufacturer could also tell by the serial number that the item they had sold me was over 3 years old....

Never again will I purchase anything from this place
Worst online customer service!!!

Terrible business, not at all interested in customer satisfaction.

Placed an order and had to cancel mere hours later. Order had not been processed or shipped.

Bubs n Grubs refused to refund the order and wanted a 20% cut before they would reverse the order.

Their website talks about customer satisfaction but they don't live by those words.

Buyer beware.

Terrible, terrible service! I placed and paid for a $310 product online only to be told that the product was not available as it was “discontinued”. I was promised a refund and have still not received it 10 days on. I have emailed several times just to be told they will “follow it up” but have not heard back. Disappointed they take money for such expensive items that are not even available and then still no refund after such a long period of time. I found the exact same product cheaper on another site and it was shipped and delivered in 2 days. Do not recommend this company at all!! Shop around and you will find better prices and better service.

Appauling customer service from this company - in particular the customer service support team. I would not recommend purchasing from them. I have never been treated so terribly by any retailer until purchasing an item from this company. I would be very careful before purchasing from them and I am disappointed with my experience and lack of customer service to resolve my issue through to the end.
I am now left with an item that I lodged a ticket saying I no longer required (due to the company not having it available to dispatch immediately and having to order it in and it would not arrive in time) and they still sent it out to me seven business days later even though they knew I did not require it anymore and was going through a process of refund (less cancellation fee), exchange or store credit.
Very disappointing service from the support team.
