After strict instructions on how to use the basic on/off alarm/lock system they still got it wrong and so my high end sports car was left unlocked in their garage the whole time I was away. They refused to fix it or admit responsibility. I had to get a professional alarm guy to reprogramme it and after much drama, the owner finally paid me back. I NEVER USEd them since.
Have parked here quite a few times in the last few months (during a few quick trips away) & have found them to be great. It is handy for me to get there coming down from the Sunshine Coast, & I never seem to be waiting long to get their free shuttle bus over to the airport. Once returning from my trips, the wait has never been long before being picked up to be taken back. They always match prices from other carparking services as long as you bring in the quote. I have always paid the little extra for the undercover parking which I think is worth it. In the times that I have parked here, I have never had any trouble at all.
They do not care. I picked up a damaged car and after leaving a number of calls which were never returned, finally heard back from the manager asking for quotes. Having sent these to him never heard anything. Again, finally managed to talk to him again and he asked me to resend quotes. This I did whilst we were on the phone. I even received an email back from him saying he would answer me in a couple of days. Guess what - that was over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting! I even sent a letter to the head company and haven't heard anything from them either. I suggest you do not use this business.
