My company hired a car for me for a trip to Melbourne, The woman at the desk was very helpful and understanding of my confusion when I believed my company had already paid for the car rental. Once we organised the finances I waited for the car for around 20 minutes, which wasn't included in my busy time schedule for the day. I was given a different car than we had just been allocated, however I was still charged at the rate I was quoted. (I believe this car was an upgrade)
I would use budget again, they provide a great service all across Australia and I can also collect my frequent flyer Qantas points when I book.

when my big family come to sydney for a visit. i have to rent a mini bus. the booking was made online and really easy to choose which one suit me and payment is made by credit card. the pickup point is very convenience and there is a lot of choices to pick up and return the vehicle when we are done with it. quite happy with the service.

When in Newcastle, I hired a van because we had 6 people to travel to a friends wedding. Perfectly clean, easy to book, even got to choose the colour! Very happy, not one issue

We book via the internet and after a long flight we have always been welcomed by people who have been trained in all aspects of their job. Paperwork ready, car ready and we are off. Can't beat them for price either.

Hired a 3 tonne truck from the Hoppers Crossing branch. Price was reasonable for the weekend hire, made moving house a lot easier for us. Good, friendly service at the branch.
