My fridge door sensor broke, and they managed to fit me in the next day. The repair man came earlier than I expected, which didn't quite suit as my power had gone out 10 mins before he arrived. However he had a look and tested the sensor switch. He then replaced it with a new one and said to ring the girls in the office if it didn't work. Sure enough the power came back on ten minutes after he left, and the sensor worked. I thought he was very quick and efficient, which was good as it meant it didn't cost me too much.

I have sent my wife in for an electrical lead for inside a stove, and they made it with a 30 second wait, and only charged $2. They have completed warranty work for us at home, and always cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant, and did not mind the little ones hanging around to help pass tools.
