We did the tour at last!
Bery interesting,the museum,the bottles on the wall,love the souvenirs and the info is in half barrels you can walk thru,novel. Huge wall of bottles and the tour takes you thru the making of the rum frim the sugar stage,partner loved the taste tests at the end. Great bar and surrounding, tours go on the hr, 2 very friendly guides we had. Parking outside is huge,have your pic taken with the bundy bottle and go nuts in the shop. $28 ,book online that gets a 5% discount ending uo around the $28 partner bought a lovely history book and very soft bundy fur tinnie holder. Even if you dont drink its still imteresting and entertaining

Been here many times mainly to wait inline from 5 am for limited numbered bottle releases.
The store is so big and has had a bit of a revamp lately. So many bundy items to buy ,rustic wood store and the tours are really informative and show you how rums made from the cutting of the cane vids. Awesome place to visit even if you dont drink. We purchased a t shirt for $25 and so e bits and pieces and a hell of a lot on a case of lmt edit rum lol

This is amazing they have a lovely museum and you can learn all the fascinating history of the factory they also have a nice little gift shop with clothing items and a range of different rum the chocolate and coffee liqueur is amazing but can only be brought from the distillery and the rum tasting at the end is awesome

Excellent experience a tour of the factory and museum was great and we got to learn a lot about how the rum was made and the history of the factory which was really intriguing after the tour there's a gift shop and you get a free drink from the bundy bar it was great all round

When up that way we went to see what all the fuss was about and as I am a non-drinker I was pleasantly supervised as they have many other drinks such as Ginger beer and they are delish, I would recommend for anyone even the non-drinker as there is something for everyone.

As a rum drinker i was in heaven the Bundaberg distillery is a awesome place to visit, i took my kids with me they were fascinated to see the process as was i the tour is only $30 for adults and $14 for kids, I got to sample a few beverages, they have a huge line of rums that you cant get anywhere else even if ur not a rum drinker still a good day out for something different

It was a fun and interactive and best of all the staff where great. The tour was informative and after-woods the drinks you got to try where even better. good place to get the rum you cant find anywhere else

great service, greeted as soon as i entered the shop, was helped with boxes to the car as i was pushing a pram. brilliant service great staff, free tasting of samples even for my children, clean shop. hard to find places like these.

I am not a big rum fan but found the tour very interesting and informative. The mechandise was not as cheap as I thought, it was actually quite expensive but all in all it was a great experience.

The Bundaberg Rum Distillary tour is held on the hour daily. It is a very informative tour of the history of Bundaberg Rum. It takes you throughout the distillary and you get to see how the Rum is made from the massive mollass vat through to the finished product ( if you are over 18 you even get to sample 2 full size drinks!). It is a ton of fun and you will learn a lot about Bundaberg Rum! Well worth the trip to Bundaberg Queensland to check it out.
