big store-great smiles and greetings from staff members.shop is well displayed and lots of bargains.walked out with a planer that was on special.always like looking in the nursery.
One of my favourite stores .i get lost in here and always walk out with more then i needed to get.love the paint section,the staff always get my colours correct and i have never had a problem there,love the sausage sizzle days that goes to our local community.
It's disappointing for me here as I can never find anyone to help. Don't get me wrong the staff are lovely when you can find them but last time I ended up leaving as they promised to send someone to help twice and they never came!
Different staff different days complement the good staff as well as the not so good and this may assist, hop over to Narellan, I receive great service there.
Love bunnings they have everything you need ... plants, building supplies, cleaning products, painting equipment.. i had a blast shopping there over the weekend. even got fathers gift vouchers ...
Love bunnings... the staff are always so helpful. We were trying to build a deck over the coming weeks and they showed us exactly what we would need to get started. He even calculated the total price for us which took a bit of time but he was happy to do it and write it all down. Couldn't fault them.

I hate that when i need to ask a question there are no people on the floor that can help you. You spend longer trying to find someone than anything else.
its really hard to find the right person to talk to about your project. it seems they are under staffed. but once you get thr right person they will help you and will get you the best advice.

The products are easy to find and a great price but the service is poor. Polite customer service but most of them dont know what they're talking about. The have a friend of mine employed there as an eletrical expert but she has no previous experience or knowledge of electrical items.
Bunnings are perfect for all your needs. They have a huge range of stock with very competative prices. The girls in the paint shop are very helpful and give great advice.
I have bought lots of things from this store & all theothers around australia,they have a big rainge of stock,the stuff are not that bad with expeirience in the trade & seem to help
