I popped into bunnings nottinghill to grab some paint between 5.30 and 6.00pm. I asked a young lady in paint department if she could help me. I was genuinely shocked at her product knowledge, her recommendations , she could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but as an old painter her knowledge and customer service skills were second to none.

Heaps of products and great prices. Staff are friendly and helpful and will answer any questions you have. There is even a cafe. Its gets busy on the weekend but theres plenty of parking. Heaps of free cardboard box's to if your ever moving house ect.

I love shopping there, love all the fresh grown plants and the great advice from staff, facilities are great too, refrigerated water fountains, cafe, disabled bathrooms. Always friendly helpful staff.

I purchased some kids outdoor play equipment from here, I had to specially order the slide in, and was told it would take about 2 weeks for delivery, it took nearly four weeks for delivery. The slide is very good itself, however when i was at Bunnings enquirying about the play equipment, it was rather difficult to find someone a staff member to actually provide assisatance, but once I found someone, the service was great.

Customer service was very helpful, I asked them if I could get timber cut to size and they had all the answers.

Like every other bunnings in the savings but a bit slow in the service department. Generally fairly hard to find someone for service in certain areas and have been provided incorrect information in the past which resulted in a lot of wasted time.

Bunnings is pretty much known by everyone so it hard to write something that most people don't already know. I think a good thing to remember is that Bunnings' range of things is very good. The gardening stuff is great. Most people there seem quite well trained. I bought curtain hooks, watering cans, compost, seedlings and electrical bulbs, a ladder and draught seal just to name a few things.
