I needed som glass for a shelf in our shop. The directions at the front door were a bit vague. I asked a young man cruising the Builders Hardware setion, and his service and attention was outstanding. His name badge said CARLO. He helped me with my purchase, got a trolley (it was heavy), escorted me to the door and found a helper to get it into my car. Outstanding service.

Every time I've been to Bunnings in Stafford the staff have been very welcoming and have pointed me in the right direction as soon as i've entered the store. They have helped me with heavy objects into the car too. Bunnings have a fantastic range of products for reasonable prices. If the items are not there they will order them in within a reasonable time frame.

Very big store and have so many things! i was amazed. Customer service is pretty satisfactory though.

I have had all positive experiences here. The staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help. They are open till 9pm which is awesome being oopened till late at night

Great place for DIY. Price are reasonable and staff personel are friendly to ask for directions cos its a huge warehouse. Take me a few trips before I am used to the store. Weekends are always busy.

You just have to love Bunnings - there is so much to choose from and lots of friendly people there to give advice. The best time to visit this store is on a Saturday or Sunday because you can buy a sausage from out the front and support a local community organisation as well. The people in the DIY section are quite helpful too and when we needed advice from one of the guys in the electrical section, he certainly knew his stuff.
