WOW! Is the only way to describe the divine sweet creations from here. It's so hard not to walk in and order one of everyone. Each cake is its own little work of art. If you can try one of everything, at least treat yourself to the Lamington - yum!

This place is 10 out of 10! IF you're after petite desserts with massive flavour, this is the place to go! The pear & chocolate mousse cake is a must try!

Every dessert is like heaven on the tongue. An exquisitely decorated store with perfect desserts every time. I couldn't pick just one cake to mention as they're all my favourites. I've been visiting Burch & Purchese for many years now and don't intend to stop any time soon!

Very happy! I purchased one of their special Christmas Yuletide Log cakes and it was absolutely amazing. Easy to order, happy to accommodate when my friend had to collect it for me (I'd sprained my ankle so couldn't make it in) and the cake itself was incredible. Highly recommend the desserts from here.

Love the desserts and icecream. Have tried the chocolates and they're always interesting and look great too.

The desserts are in a small cylinder container which look beautiful but when I put my spoon in some of the bits like to fall out, especially when I stick the spoon in to pick up the bottom and taste all the components. Very yummy flavours though.

If there was a high fashion/couture world of cakes, then this would be it. I love the creations that come out of B&P. They are absolutely royal in taste, sight and smell.
And wonderfully creative - ie. Green tea & pistachio cake and mousse, layers of cassis gel, with a surrounding blanket of white chocolate ganache. Divine.

Love this place they stock all sorts of cakes and desserts and also make up wedding cakes Christmas puddings and cakes. A little expensive but so is the cheesecake shop and these are so much better. Buy a serving or take home a full sized cake, its your choice. So many to choose from but my favourite is the explosive raspberry chocolate cake delicious

Burch & Purchese make the most delicious desserts that are different to everything else in Melbourne. The studio is very pretty with all of the desserts and lollies on show-you can also see into the kitchen which is pretty cool. They sell single serve desserts as well as whole cakes, and while they aren't exactly cheap they are incredibly pretty and delicious. There are no chairs or tables inside, just a couple stools outside so you can't really eat while there. For a special occasion or just a nice different dessert, Burch & Purchese is the place to go.

My best friend told me about this cake/dessert place.. So she and I bought a few cakes (caramel and raspberry cakes) home.. Well, they have lots of variety of sweet range which look really stunning. It tastes good but too overpriced for little cake.
