I have been service my car with Burswood Honda for 7 years.
I called to make a booking a week ago.
And confirmed with the girl in the front desk.
Also I spoke with a advise person.
After a week later when I showed up to my booking they told me that U don't have any booking about it.
This is a joke or what.
Totally don't understand.
And it is happened to me second time already.
And when I told the from desk person U need to sort it out for me her face is like very upset.
That kind of customer service make me very disappointed.

Very poor service so far , purchased a second hand vehicle , had it delivered to Esperance , found it had a very bad oil leak , after the service department at burswood honda had supposingly checked the car over . .
Had no support so far thru out the ordeal and taking issue up with consumer protection .
Has cost me a fortune , sent a letter of complaint to Burswood Honda but matter has still not been resolved .
No positive response

Bought used RAV4 unseen for $8,990 and had it shipped up north where I live. Vehicle arrived, not serviced as per contract and the engine damaged beyond repair. Burswood Honda admitted the service was not done and agreed to a service locally. When it was established that the engine is not repairable the problems began. Lack of communication, assistance and customer service went on for over 2 weeks. Now I had to involve Dept of Comsumer Affairs.
In the meantime I have no transport, I am paying Rego and Insurance, loan repayments and my money is tied up while the RAV4 sits in a local workshop. Not to mention the inconvenience, distress, extra costs and lost time at work being a customer at Burswood Honda has cost me.
As I write this the issue has still not been resolved.
Beyond belief!

I came here to purchase my first brand new car. At first, I was being served very well. I emailed the dealership at 9pm one evening and was immediately given a phonecall 5 minutes later to answer my questions and arrange for a test drive. The dealer principal Claude Mattiaccio was very friendly and personal. However, all these seems change once we started negotiating. Essentially rather dishonest sales team.

During my first visit, I was told about the DVG's 10+10+10 deal, where DVG offers 10-year extended warranty (5 from manufacturer and 5 from DVG), 10-year fixed service schedule, and 10-day money back guarantee. Sounds like a great deal. I wanted to go away and have a think about purchasing it. However, the dealer told me that the deal actually ends on the day itself and I will miss out on the deal if I return in a few days time. Given the case, I reluctantly agreed to sign the paper since I'm close to ready to commit to it. It wasn't until I went home that I realised the deal actually goes on for another 2 more weeks.

I also specifically asked the dealer whether or not I need to service my car exclusively through Honda or DVG in order to keep my extended warranty. I was assured by them that I can service anywhere I wish, as long as it's a verified mechanic and that the items follows the schedule as outlined in the service log book. Fair enough. Unfortunately I was given the service booklet and the extended warranty booklet after the purchase, which clearly states that I will void the warranty if I service my car with anyone else other than Honds or DVG.

Seems like I'm being lied to just so they can make a sale. I understand that it's their job to sell cars and they need to make a living too, but lying blatantly just to make a sale? That's very underhanded.

My partner and I bought our Honda from Adrian, he is friendly and helpful, not too pushy and he allowed us to test some vehicles, at the end he also gave us a special deal.

Very comfortable. Gives you choices to suit your budget. Doesn't push like other businesses for you to buy. Gave you a nice look at the car you wanted to buy.

I have had my Honda for the last 3 years (brought new from Honda Burswood) and have always found them to be easy to deal with and totally professional when servicing my vehicle.
