even though this is not a modern clinic, they do have the skills and knowledge to ensure your cat/s are looked after.
As for staff, Rachel I often cannot understand her handwriting on medications, she is not generous with offering help or information.
Dr Peter is good at what he knows -otherwise this clinic is great for your pet.

Dr Carole Webb was the most caring and compassionate veterinarian I ever met in my 30 years as a cat breeder and Cat Boarding provider in Melbourne. Carole has devoted her life to the welfare of animals. Her clinic has always provided the very best professional care for feline patients, along with financial consideration for their owners, the last still sadly lacking in this city.

The Vet Peter is ok, good with his knowledge, but not that skilled in understanding people..opening hours are all over the place and is very restricted...weekday Receptionist is not a 'people' person; limits information to guesswork for clients/very poor communication, offhand and rude at best, handwriting on paperwork/medicine is a blurr-best suited to back office duties.
Otherwise could be an excellent clinic..

It's been a long time since I've been to this clinic but when we were there they were always courteous, caring and compassionate. I never flinched once at leaving my babies there.
To top it off they always give courtesy to people on a pension unlike any other vet and they are not money driven also like no other vet in Melbourne they care for the animal they diagnose my boy with things that are the vets didn't even look at and I couldn't thank them enough then or now for helping him in his life.
Hands down best bet for the cat to have adequate care I'm just spewing I don't live anywhere near there anymore

Excellent vets, highly knowledgeable and very caring about their cats and cats' owners. I have been taking my pets there for many years. Best time to phone is late afternoon as they are sometimes too busy to take calls earlier in the day.

If you are after caring, quality care for your cats, then this clinic is THE place to go. The staff clearly love cats. We always ensure our furry friends get their regular checkups with them because we know they are in good hands.
Cost-wise, I don't think they are more expensive then other vets we have visited in the past.
I would recommend without hesitation.

We discovered this amazing clinic by word of mouth referral from a wildlife rescue lady and would drive across Melbourne to attend there it's that good. My cats have lived to 19 yrs and 20 plus (still going!) as a result of the wonderful knowledge and love of cats the vets exhibit. Peter and Carol really went the extra mile for my dear old Birman but when the time came I had complete faith in the care provided. Carol is just such a wonderful vet - words are not enough. You won't do better. Rachael in reception is pretty much a vet by osmosis as she has dealt with so many thousands of cats in her career, she could not be more helpful or understanding.
