Bustamove (also known as Interstate Relocation Specialists) is a fraudulently run business. Missed several pickups and then stopped answering my calls/emails resulting in me having to use another company to get my goods moved. 6 weeks later I am still chasing a refund and have submitted a complaint to fair trading...obviously though I will have to go to the tribunal to get my money back reading other comments. DO NOT USE AND DO NOT PAY ANYONE UPFRONT!!!!

He is a fraud. Took my money and left. Please don't go him. He uses harsh sales tactics to get deposit. The most dodgiest business ever. If I ever see chris, I will absolutely put him in his place. Took all my money. The banks are coming for you now and I'm gonna get a suit case on you. You ruined my stressful move and made it hard on me. I'll leave it at that before I say things I should not say in public

Items are stolen and not delivered. At no stage do you know what is happening. Promised pick up and delivery times are unreliable. Your items are mixed up with other loads. Your goods are not itemised so they don't even cover their ass. The delivery driver turns up without help. There's not even a ramp to safely unload the truck!
The items that do show up are damaged, due to lack of care when moving and items being Triple handled. Loaded, unloaded into another storage unit, then reloaded onto a truck, then delivered to you.

Days late,showed up in the middles of the night and damaged my goods including my piano which they dropped even though I have paid extra for it to be moved with proper equipment, they showed up with only a chair trolley. Bustamove is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
This guy is a fraud. The address on his web site and quote are both either old or fake. We went there to try and recover our money. He took a 100% deposit $1800, but then the truck arrived 3 days late half full of someone else stuff. When we were chasing him his phone message bank was full many times, (I suggest from many other unhappy customers trying to find out where their stuff is). The driver started chucking (I mean chucking, not loading) our boxes in the truck. We stopped him as it became clear he was only going to take half the stuff, even though we had paid a premium to ensure there was extra space on the truck. In the end we had to hire a completely different company to make the move who were cheaper and fantastic service. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

All the ratings are given based on the pain i have gone through with this mover. The deal is to pack and unpack everything. By mistake i trusted chris boyce words bustamovers owner as he speaks very nicely and more trustworthy way. So i really didn't read every word in the email which he agreed to do through exchange of words.he will do it like complete unpacking. But he left as such all items without unpacking.

They will give you first hand when you ask about him but there are other websites you need to go and explore about him.

He gets money of 1000 dollars before hand and infact he insisted me to pay full deal of 1800 dollars but i denied it . If i would have paid complete money. Then it would have been still in miserable .
He committed that his boys will be there on 30 june 2015 afternoon for packing and delivery will be on 2nd july mid morning upto afternoon.

They didn't come on 30th june rather on 1st july 2015 morning entered in. They didn't have tools when they comein to pack and unpack. They didn't have packing boxes and later said they will buy boxes which took more then 2 hour . The final packing was only done 3pm for just 20 small boxes and living room furniture

Their blankets all tared and unwashed one i strongly doubt it would have protected our stuffs.

Their delivery was on finally 3rd afternoon. Before that at late night 1030 pm his driver called me he will come and deliver at that late night time.

Fix a time he won't pick and delivery it for sure.

My items are now finally delivered with fragile gum tape sticky stuffs left out on wood as they really don't know the difference between fragile and normal wood my dinning glass got completely spoiled with stains all around.

At the end since he didn't unpack stuffs so i said you unpack i will pay you for which he resisted ,abused and threatened me to pay the remaining amount to avoid further stress with him i did pay also.

Ask him for insurance for which he claims money from you but you couldn't see anything till now.

I am not sure about other reviews here but i was directly affected by him.

I paid in excess of $1000 in advance for a removal from Melbourne to Canberra on 23 June. I confirmed the date in writing but did not hear further from the front-man once I had transferred the money. I sent numerous emails and left voice mail messages for him until his mail box was full. I then read reviews on Google and realised I had been scammed.
Today (24 June) I received a message to say the driver was waiting at the front of my house to do the removal. Not surprisingly I was not home.
I sent an email to the this evening to let him know I intend to report him to Consumer Affairs in Victoria and NSW. I also am getting legal advice about lodging proceedings to recover the money I paid and damages. He replied with a text and said there would be no refund as I had not been there to give them access to the house.
I encourage everyone who has been scammed by this company to report them to Consumer Affairs. Their Facebook page has been deactivated - no doubt to avoid posts from dissatisfied customers.

Hopelessly bad..broken fridge,misplaced/undelivered/lost chairs and xbox,unreachable phone..no gurranty when your stuff will reach..super frustrating experience.the company is a fraud.*I have to edit the stolen part as bustamove is pressurizing to remove stolen part,ok agreed that their guys did not steal but who took away my xbox and chairs and who damaged my fridge while moving..who did not answer on june 7th when we were suppose to move and then finally after a lot of follow up we got out stuff last night and when i posted the review..I immediately got message from bustamove..wow..really..
2 weeks and no xbox and chairs yet..
