Staff are very helpful,near trains and buses so very easy all round.best gym around Knox area.the boss makes sure the cleanliness is spot on.classes are first rate,oh and it’s very affordable for all.

No nonsense advice generally most members will offer help if they notice you are not position right when doing exercise plenty of friendly people around cheers

If you can find a better gym for the value, it would be a surprise. The staff know you by your first name and there is a great atmosphere down at BusyBodies. Everything is included, classes, pool, steam room and use of facilities.

We joined BusyBodies about 6 months ago and have no regrets. The gym fees are very reasonable - we got a great deal. There is a pool, sauna and spa. The equipment is up to date, the gym is clean and the owner is very friendly and takes an interest in and knows all of his clients by name. The spin class room is amazing with an awesome wall mural of the Arc de Triomphe which glows in the dark - absolutely stunning. The classes are great with a huge variety and excellent trainers.
