Scammers. Took my money, weeks went by, product never showed. Phone number disconnected. No reply to my emails. Left a review on Facebook and got a reply saying "we are a small family-operated business and were hit by a number of setbacks, including major problems with our server among others". Gave them the benefit of doubt at first, but they quickly went quiet and stopped replying. Then I saw their productreview.com.au listing and saw that they have been running this scam for a good couple of years now.

This phone number disconnected, they don't answer my emails. Mi sandisk item has stop working, still under warranty , but no one to advise me.

I requested confirmation, via email, that the product would be suitable for my requirements, and delivery date estimate, on Saturday. I got a rapid and helpful reply on the same day, and delivery was on Wednesday, as promised. Mike was also extremely helpful in answering a subsequent request for advice. Very impressed with customer service, ordering process and delivery.

I was heading off on a trip the following week and wanted to take the solar panel with me.
I queried the state of the order the next day as it was still in a processing state.
A staff member spotted and actioned my query and changed the mailing to express post at no additional cost and the item arrived two days later (in plenty of time).
