Vicky is a superstar. I came in today, 3 weeks before my wedding, with hair that was in desperate need of some tlc. I showed Vicky a photo of what I wanted and what I didn't want. She listened, gave some advice and got on with it. Literally by the end I was crying (in a good way). The colour is perfectly done and suits me down to the ground - exactly what I asked for. I cannot wait for my big day with my new hair. A huge thanks to Vicky for working her magic for me!

I walked around tea tree plaza asking for quotes for a full head of foils toner cut and blow dry.The C Salon was far the cheapest! They could fit me in then and there.They were so inviting and friendly. My hair was abit of a mess! The Girls did amazing job.Fantastic colour Amazing cut . They were very professional . I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future but there .

Am a regular client, been going there for years for waxing and hair. Apptmt was for 4.00pm however J was cutting someone's hair. Noone seemed concerned that I was still waiting. I walked out after 25 minutes! Now I need to find another salon!

I went in for a cut for the first time recently. I was surprised to see the salon was really dirty the chair I was put in had hair all over it from a previous client and it was stained with colour products. There was hair all over the floor and colour on the furniture and walls. it was very pricey and I think when you're paying this much you'd like sit in a clean environment! The cut was good but the stylist didnt even introduce herself and the front of house man wasnt very friendly either.

This Salon was very good looking from the outside and seemed to always be busy so I decided to make an appointment to try them out. I arrived early for my appointment and they didn't seem to fussed and set me up in a chair to wait. I ended up having to wait about 40 minutes into my appointment before they had someone available to do my hair, which was disappointing as I noticed on a couple of occasions just walk ins and they were done before myself as they knew staff members.
Because of how late they started my hair the hairdresser refused to colour my hair and said that she wouldn't have time to even blow dry. I was not pleased and after the manager came over and said we still had time and that two people could work on my hair did she start, wasting another 20 minutes for nothing. She didn't say another word to me and was quite rough with my hair pulling on it when she wanted me to move slightly.
The end result was horrible and nowhere close to the colour I wanted and after seeing the colour I didn't feel comfortable with them cutting my hair and was forced to still pay the full amount as they said I had taken up the space which could have been another appointment for them. I now see another hairdresser in the same complex who saw the mess they had done to my hair and this new hairdresser fixed everything and cut my hair and only charged me half the price because of the horrible stress it put on me.

I love my hairdresser here! She always does a good job and gives me great advice. Very professional service.

This is the only hairdresser I use, because they are so experienced and professional. They are up to date with every new process available, and also do waxing and nails etc which I only found out the other day!!
