Each time iv ordered online iv experienced long delivery times, I'm hoping my last Christmas online toy sale lay-by isn't delivered at the last minute yet again

I purchase online through big w all the time because it is more convenient and I love their service!! they are great at replying to emails or even facebook messages and they have always delivered everything i have ordered in a timely manner :-) however i do have to say that sometimes their shipping prices are a little expensive

i did my xmas laybys online and it was the best i could have done had to ring and sort a problem out and they were so friendly and couldnt have asked for a better experence

Love big w online. Great as I have 2 young children, I can order what I need online and get it delivered for a small fee. Obviously if I order large items it cost more but so much easier then shopping in store. If its out of stock in store I can most likely find it online too. I have used the layby feature as well. So much easier. Highly recommend it

I use Big w online quite regularly. I use it for online laybys as well as buying. ive got a layby on for a trampoline at the moment. pay a set amount each week by Direct Debit and when the layby is finished they send it out. Postage cost is pretty good, except if you have bulky items its abit dearer, but thats to be expected. Overall ive had good experiences with Big W. Ive had a big layby in the past and everything turned up in good condition and door service

I have used this site personally. Delivery was acurate and they are very understanding and nice when you speak to the on the phone. Postage was a little high. But also great when you get the free postage off from them

I usually do the annual toy sale layby online but after last years experience, I decided I will never be doing it again! Our whole order got sent to a previous address, and the staff I spoke to about it were no help and were quite rude. I always use Big W online for normal online purchases etc with no hassles, But will not be doing the toy sales oinline again!

Used to order toys in the Big W toy sale. Great price and fast delivery but their delivery fees for bulk items was expensive compared to other online department stores.

I use this site on behalf of the grandparents. They pay for it but have it delivered to me, so I hide for birthdays & xmas. Great service. Prompt delivery. Awesome variety
