Cafe On Frankland

I lost my book and the lovely staff looked for it twice. Thanks for your kind ness! The book may well cost $100. So it's a worry

we visited cafe on frankland multiple times while having appointments at hospital in last 24months. The food is so cheap and there is so many different varieties to pick from an it an awesome little place to meet friends if visiting or not

We have had two relatives in the LGH this year for over a week each. Therefore we spent quite a few lunch breaks at Cafe on Frankland. I could not fault one meal!! The food is fresh, hot and plentiful. The variety is amazing. From salads and sandwiches to roast meals, Pasta, fish and everything in between. There is nothing over $8.50 and the staff could not be more friendly. The coffee is exceptional!!!!

Often you assosiate hospital food with being less desirable but the meals offered from the cafe on frankland as far from that. They offer a variety of selections all available with veggies of that day or chips. Meals are affordable and you can select your meal from hot meals, salad bar.

Even though it is located in the hospital it is open to the public as well. There is 5 different serving areas to choose from. I purchased from 4 of the 5 and have always found the service to be excellent and they are always friendly. On my last trip there last tuesday i ordered a sweet chilli jacket potato, it cost me $7.50 and it was the nicest jacket potato i have had in a while and it was huge. Most meals range around the $6 mark with different specials each day. As well as hot meals you can also buy wraps, sandwiches, salads, deserts and hot and cold drinks. The tables and eating area have always been clean when i have been and there is plenty of room to sit down. Can alos be hired out for functions.
