Met a friend here for Saturday morning coffee at 8.30am. Coffee was lukewarm and tea wasn't hot enough too. Plus, we waited about 15-20 minutes for coffee. We probably would not return.

New owners since I had last eaten here.
I would highly recommend trying this place out. The service was great, very attentive and very tolerant of children, accommodating even. We sat alfresco on the decking out the back and the owner offered to put the TV on for the kids as we were there for breakfast. Free WiFi.
Top quality ingredients used, delicious great value breakfast. Very impressed by the homemade Jam, highlights the new owners quest for a great eatery. Nice coffee too.
Will definately return.

Fantastic value for money as my friend and i have the entertainment voucher. Our food came out surprisingly fast as it was lunch time. We had the beef burger and waygu steak burger. My friend had a hot chocolate and i had a ice mocha. The chips were a little dry but the burgers were amazing both had the usual tomato, lettuce, cheese and a beautiful tomato relish! The owner was very friendly and my friend and i even had to take away half our burgers as we did not want it to go to waste. You can help yourself to condiments - bonus! An area out the back has been made for more dining tables indoors which is excellent but a little squishy.
Excellent value for money. Will be back!

Food was good, though seemed a little expensive, also, it took quite some time to get all our meals, two people had already finished their meals by the time the other two had received theirs.

Long standing cafe in Subiaco, always had great lunches here but avoid the Ceaser Salad, the lastone was just covered in Praise Mayonaise and not the traditional one at all. Great toasted turkish breads although avoid in summer as very hot and noisy
