Calibre Cleaning

I had an excellent experience using Calibre Cleaning in Perth. Jonty and Sandu did a fantastic job cleaning my uncles apartment. The service they provided was of great quality, friendly, timely and efficient. Additionally, the customer service team were great in making my booking and adjusting it when required.

Great service and communication. Our team of cleaners are efficient and friendly. I would recommend this company.

I would definitely recommend Calibre Cleaning to anyone who would like to do a bond back cleaning. I was very impressed with the way they have done their service with due diligence.

Excellent service! The team were friendly, communicated well and did a fantastic job. I was even offered a service for free as a courtesy but upon finding out they spent an extra hour doing a very thorough job, I happily paid the extra.

The team were very thorough and the property agent who conducted the final inspection commented on how well it had been cleaned. I also really appreciate that they were able to reschedule my clean last minute.

Thank you to Hayley and Angie in the great bond clean they gave my post war home. It was a deceptively dirty house with wooden floors and lots of cabinetry. The ladies did a very thorough job and I was most appreciative of their efforts. I would use Calibre cleaning again.

I hired them for a house deep clean as I was moving in.
They were pathetic. Many things were uncleaned.
I could have done a better job with my eyes closed.
I would never use them again as a total waste of money.

*NOTE* They ONLY have 5 and ONE star reviews... what was I thinking?! Would give zero stars if I could. Also the majority of their 5 star reviews? Not surprisingly come from people who have reviewed often only 1 business. Such a bunch of scammers.
I think I posted this on the wrong entity, however they called me, so must be the same.
They are trying to cancel less than 36 hours from the clean. Not a cheap clean either, $650.... Will see if they bail like the other one star reviews have said they do... Via TEXT, no less. Couldn't even call me to say "Sorry, we screwed up, here is what we can do".
Just "yeah, we aint coming" Incredibly unprofessional, wish I never decided to go with them.
Edit 1: They called me, apologised, offered a discount ($25) and "found" someone to come out "one of the best"
Edit 2: The clean was substandard.
Edit 3: I asked for a refund, they refused and said the house requires maint (it does) but that has NOTHING to do with the complaints I made. Floor not vacuumed, floor not mopped, window sills not wiped down, light switches not wiped down. To be clear, my issue was dust, so they must not have even touched it.
Edit 4: Photos. The house is EMPTY!!! FFS.
Edit 5: They didn't give the $25 discount.

$385 for 3 hours cleaning for a supposed "Deep Clean."
The clean at best was a basic surface clean.

The work wasn't carried out to my satisfaction which I rang the company prior to the cleaner leaving. When I told them I was not satisfied with the clean they charged my card straight away without my knowledge nor consent.
When I put in a complaint they said it was perfectly reasonable to charge $130 a hour for cleaning.
(the clean was for a 1 x br, 2bath house.)
You deal with an offshore call center that will tell you anything to get your money and have zero interest in customer service

Cleaner did a terrible half job.I complained and was offered $100 refund. Not good enough.

I have used this cleaning company 3 times the first cleaner I had been assigned was great! However they have now replaced her with a lady who came unprepared (no products, vacuum or mop), couldn’t speak English so was hard to explain what I wanted to be cleaned and did a very basic cleanup of my apartment.

From a professional cleaning service I expect a professional clean.

The kitchen was not touched, smears left on glass (worse than it was before), balcony still had dirt and dust (I paid extra for a deep balcony clean.

I phoned the company asking for somebody else to come and do what was meant to be done and they wanted to resend the same person..

I would avoid this company if you're wanting a good clean with professional cleaners that have experience.

I tried to book Calibre Cleaning back in August. I set up a monthly clean. I made it very clear in my booking that I only had specific time window available for cleaning- if I had extra time in my day, I'd clean my house myself. The email confirming the cleaning even repeated my answer from their form: "Is your date/time flexible?: No - Not flexible". The person did not arrive. One hour after the arrival window, I called Calibre. I told them since their person did not show, and no one got in contact with me, I needed to cancel. They tried to change me to the next day, and I reminded them I don't have a flexible schedule. I told the person on the phone that since they didn't show, I wanted to cancel the monthly clean and not use their services. An hour later, someone completely different (I had been given the name of the cleaner who was supposed to come) arrives, saying they've been sent by Calibre. I had told the person from Calibre on the phone my time window was not flexible, I had to get to a meeting. I apologised to the person who had arrived, and called Calibre again. I thought it was over. Then the next month arrives, and I am CHARGED for cleaning that didn't take place (signed up for Monthly clean). I call Calibre, dispute the charge, told it is automated and it won't happen again. Well, it is now October, I have an email receipt from Calibre saying they cleaned my house today (??) and a pending charge on my credit card. I'd give zero stars if I could.

We engaged this company for a move-in cleaning. It was meant to be a deep cleaning, including windows, shower screens, sinks, door frames, oven, kitchen cabinets, etc.
They did a terrible job. After they finished, I inspected the property and found that the windows were not cleaned, shower and shower screens were untouched, kitchen cabinets were poorly cleaned, with many dirt spots on the doors, floor was not mopped and had stains, basin drains were clogged with hair.
This company charges you in advance, and don't address any claims, instead blaming the client. Avoid using it, they are incompetent and will steal your money.
