Grabbed a coffee from here Sunday morning with the family. The place was buzzing and had a great atmosphere. Coffee was great! Did not have to wait long even though they were flat out. Reasonably priced with a large takeaway being $4. Definitely recommend!!

these guys don't win awards for no reason. the coffee is exceptional and if they were closer to work i would get it from them on a daily basis. service is not so personal as they pump it out. lots of young ones serving but it's such a popular place as the coffee is devine

Approximate cost: $4.50

I heard of Campos Coffee as one of the best cafes so I had to check it out. I and my partner went here for Friday breakfast before work. At the front of coffee shop we could not overlook a few people standing aside waiting for their dozes of morning coffee. We were seated where we wanted.

They offer a large variety of sweet and savoury breakfasts. Some of the dishes are healthier as others. I chose a house-smoked salmon that was served on bed of potato & corn & asparagus & fresh spinach. I was happy with my choice although had no idea of the vegetables as they were not listed on menu.
My partner liked his serving of Eggs Benedict's accompanied with bacon, although he would only prefer the bacon being crispy...otherwise he would've ordered salmon instead. It seemed like the bacon lied on pan for only 1-2minutes each side.

When I received my dish, I decided for long black half strength that I assumed they would serve in a mug. Waitress brought a tiny cup though. I asked her if it could be served in a bigger cup and she kindly returned it. I was very impressed. When the perfect cup of coffee arrived, the waitress apologised and asked if I was happy with the other one. I had thought they would've just poured the first coffee into bigger cup, filled up with water and brought it straight away. It seemed like they made me a fresh coffee instead though.

When we finished they asked how we liked our breakfasts. Before we left after paying, my partner purchased two muffins and gave me one. It was macadamia & caramel flavour. I liked it but wouldn't have one muffin by myself again. Caramel (more like caramelised condensed milk) was centralised at the very bottom. Little bit rich and sweet even for my sweet tooth.
Considering it is right next to James Street Markets, their food is also priced accordingly. It is a treat going there...that is for sure.

Approximate cost: $15-20

After our work decided to cancel regular orders from Spoons due to too many issues, we had to find another place. We were told to try this place and WOW haven't looked back. It's just so nice to find a place that is so professionally run compared to others, they take pride in their looks, no bad language and we don't have to sit daily listening to staff talking about their private lives. It's truely makes a difference when you find that sort of stuff unprofessional. And their coffees ???? Ow my, scrumptious. And I love they have coffees of the month. And staff told us about a Cupping room where they teach people the ins and outs of coffee etc. You can sit down or have a takeaway drink. They have the most amazing food, especially for breakfast and I love the Iced Lattes in summertime.

Great coffee, good service, and obviously very popular. The stink from the bins at the loading dock for James Street Market next door is a bit off putting as you walk in though. If you can get past that, then you are in for a good coffee.

Approximate cost: $5

Nice blend of freshly brewed coffees in a lovely little cafe. Campos support ecological and fair trade and in a city it is often hard to find such a cafe so it is my first choice when in the area.

Approximate cost: $10
