service was slow and didn't appear to value service. the pool was cold and change rooms appeared messy. the gym class was good, instructor was very energetic and helpfull nice person.

We have been here a number of times, to swim and also to play an organised sport. The pool is fabulous. Very clean and nice and big to fit everyone. When I played the sport, however, I found that it was not very well organised. They would often change the times at the last minute which was not very convenient. however the courts were very good quality

Great gym - been a member for a couple of years. CISAC is serviced by friendly helpful and knowledgable staff. If you're on the northside - join up - there's room for everyone!

I go to CISAC every morning for a swim and a spa before work. I suffer chronic pain so I have membership there and it is one of the best things I have done. The people are friendly and I get a locker to keep all of my things in.
