Excellent service took my two dogs in as there coats were a tad shaggy/matted & they bioth came out looking like show dogs. They staff are excellent & super friendly.

Took my 2 dogs into this shop and the service was fantastic, booked them in for a full wash and cut, they came out looking so clean and felt so soft, they also smelt so fresh with a happy nature, have booked in a photography session with them also.

What a wonderful idea- Doggy daycare! We just love it! We have a new puppy who cries when he is left alone so we feel extremely guilty when we have to leave for work...however, I have put him into doggy daycare at Canine Avenue and he loves it. They take him from 730 in the morning and I pick him up at 445 on my way home. He spends the day playing with the other dogs and the staff which also helps him learn to be more sociable so no need for excessive puppy school and if hes in need of a bath or brush he gets one there too. Thanks guys for opening something so useful to us all who have a need for a different type of babysitter!!

I am really fussy where I take my little Kiani for grooming as she is quite old and feisty, I was recommended to take her to Canine Avenue by a friend so booked her in....She was so well looked after, was not at all scared and didnt growl a bit which is unusual..I would almost say she loved her first day there. Because they looked after her so well I booked her in to get pampered, when I wanted to enter her into a photo competition. They have the most amazing collection of doggy accessories, jewellery, clothing even shoes you could possibly imagine!!! The staff spent so much time picking fur styles, outfits and accessories for her then took some gorgeous pics in their doggy photo studio...and yes she was a runner up in the photo competition I entered her in...If you spoil your doggie like I do, definitely book a time to go in have a pamper day and photo shoot done....It was so worth while, cant wait to do another one x

Canine Avenue is an experience you simply have to give your pooch! My lil girl spent the afternoon there and came home all clean, shiny, and prancing! The staff are fantastic and you can tell they love their work as well as their clients! I cant recommend Canine Ave highly enough..words dont do it justice you have to see it for yourself!!! Will definetly be back :) x0x

Great service and excellent stuff, I couldn't ask for a better service or a cleaner place to have my loved one spend the day at the doggy day care.

The other day I wondered into the Canine Avenue store in Richmond, simply to make some basic enquires regarding cost & services etc. for the grooming of my beloved little 3 year old Jack Russell.

.....I must say I was amazed to discover that not only did they offer grooming services for dogs, but they also provide a 'doggy-day-care' service & a 'doggy-studio' / Photography service as well!! :)

After having a chat with one of the staff members there, who gladly took the time to show me around the store, filling me in on each doggy service that they offered, I ended up booking my little one in straight away :)The store was very professional & had great informative staff. Exactly the kind of doggy services I've been looking for. Well done everyone involved in Canine Avenue! :)

i visited canine avenue on marion road for the first time yesterday morning and to be honest that shop is absolutely so impressive.im already familiar and a big fan of their first shop on findon road, but must say that the new marion road shop is like no other pet grooming store i have ever seen. on entering initially and being greeted by the wonderful owner Rene i then spent the next 20 minutes or so just gazing and browsing around in wonder !!! it has so much on offer without being hectic and cluttered and the shop really has a great comfortable feel to it.
all i can say is
CANINE AVENUE = RICHMOND .... YOUR SHOP IS AAAA++++ = IN EVERY ASPECT !!!!

what a great experience . butch loved the pampering ....doesn't appear to ,but told me later.the service was excellent and professional....A1 Ren'e . Now to the photo shoot ....all i can say is that i have my memories of butch and our time together for (ever) a long time..thank you so much
