Worst place I've been to in Melbourne. Went for a blonde colour and came out with black hair. Very expensive and service was awful

I have been going to Capelli for years and Kylie (the owner) has always done a brilliant job and her staff are very professional - my daughter had her hair done on Wednesday and Mel did an excellent job - my daughters hair was quite damaged and Mel added colour and bought it back to healthy shiny hair - excellent job yet again by Capelli - best hairdressers in the area

I have finally found a hair salon with Olaplex near my house who can do the way I like! No yellow or orange blonde anymore. All ladies are so lovely. Highly recommended.

I came from Brisbane to Melbourne for my son's wedding recently and needed to find a salon near our motel accommodation. Luckily I found Capelli Hair Studio. I had a lovely, caring hairdresser set and style my hair for this special day. The service was superb, the price very reasonable and she did my hair exactly as I wanted. My style lasted the entire day in spite of a Melbourne heatwave! A very happy Mother of the Groom!!! Highly recommended.

the team at Capelli are fantastic always friendly and up beat nothing is a problem. Always walk away feeling a million dollars have been a long time customer over 7yrs and would highly recommend them to anyone. The extra bonus is the beauty room and makeup so everything can be booked on the one day. I love the text reminders as we all get busy and the iPads to use while in the salon. Awesome job guys keep up the great work.

From the very first visit to Capelli I knew this salon was for me. All the girls are super friendly, extremely talented, courteous and very professional hair stylists. They always consult first and I love the fact they are a De Lorenzo salon. I look forward to my monthly visits and chatting with the girls. They are THE best. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had my second experience at Capelli this weekend and I am just as impressed as I was the first time I visited the salon. Candice did a stunning job with my make up, and it was so nice to have it done locally with Napoleon Perdis products rather then heading to a busy shopping precinct. The team at Capelli Hair Studio, conveniently located near the Ferntree Gully Railway Station and easy free car parking, always make me feel comfortable with a refreshing welcome drink and am never left waiting for long. It's nice to begin with an initial chat about what we will be doing today with my hair. I've been coming here for years now and always leave with a beautiful colour (foils) great cut and blow wave (from curly to straight). Always getting compliments especially about the colour.

I have been coming to Capelli for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I actually first came here after seeing a total stranger at the shops with amazing colour done to her hair. I went up to her and asked her who did her hair.... her response..'Capelli'. I had previously been to other salons and came away disappointed,but never have with Capelli. Have been coming to get my hair done here for a few years now and am always ecstatic with the results. I have had my hair done by pretty much every stylist here and can tell you that they are all amazing at their work. They also are amazing people who make every single visit here an enjoyable experience, kind of like coming to visit friends. Krystal is a talented, innovative and creative hairdresser who knows hair. I always leave feeling like a million bucks! I have been a loyal customer for around 7 years. For my wedding, Krystal made us all look and feel like glamorous movie stars! somehow, she made the most beautiful blusher veil for me out of a metre long piece of netting and a hair clip! She is just so talented! All of the staff at Capelli are professional and friendly. Make sure you say "Yes" to a coffee.

I had a special occasion on the other weekend and had my makeup done by Capelli. They used adorn which I have never heard of before but the products are all natural. The foundations were really light and airy. I didn't feel like I had a face full of makeup but yet it was still enough coverage for a night out. The makeup lasted all night and hardly budged, the false lashes are amazing they wing out at the sides to create a more glamour look. Very happy with the service and the girls were all willing to change anything I didn't like. Awesome group of people who work in there, they made me feel amazing and ready to party!
